Wrong size or changed your mind? At LondonStore you have 30 days to return items for free.
Free returns
Returns are completely free if:
- You request them within 30 days of delivery
- You use our simplified online procedure
- We collect with our courier
- You return the item in the same condition as you received it
How to make a return
At LondonStore you can make a return independently by following the guided procedure.
- Log in to the "My Orders" or "Returns" section in your account
- Click the "Return" button where the maximum return deadline is shown
- Select the products and enter all the required information
- We will provide you with a prepaid label with shipping instructions
- Ship the products
You can track your return shipment and remember that refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the return.

How long do I have to make a return?
At LondonStore you have 30 days to return items for free. In the "Orders" and "Returns" sections, within your account, you can see the option to request a return.
Is it possible to change size?
We do not offer size or colour exchanges. Since returns are always free, you can place a new order and return the first one in the meantime.
Do you think you received a defective product or wrong item?
- Open a return request indicating that the product is defective/wrong.
We will refund you as soon as your product arrives at our warehouse.
- Place a new order. If you want to receive the same product you will need to place a new order. The two transactions are separate.
